Day 3
You are here
You sit at the window, poetry book in hand, watching the birds outside your window. You will not listen to the news. You will not engage in the stress of the day. You will sit, feed birds, make tea (because…you are in a coffee tastes like poop phase where you buy a ridiculous amount of tea because you think it will stick and you will never drink coffee again because you are a cool tea drinker now). You begin your morning meditation so your fit bit will record your meditation, followed by morning pages and 10 to 20 minutes of poetry reading. Then 15 minute brainstorm, then begin writing… or you would have, but you slept late and went in early, then came home tired and sit tapping into your phone.
